Nintendo's GameBoy Advance is a classic console. It has a strong library of both original games and SNES favourites. Mario is great, Zelda is great, and Metroid is great. But you probably already know this. Overall the system has less 'hidden gems' than others, largely down to the fact that its lifespan was cut short by the release of the Nintendo DS only three years later. However, there's still some amazing titles that never got the recognition they deserve, and today I've picked out ten of my favourite. 1. Racing Gears Advance

Today it's Father's Day in the United Kingdom. That means it's a day about celebrating fathers, and of course, our virtual fathers too. Videogames provide many great lessons in the field of parenting, although admittedly this is usually in the form of what you shouldn't be doing. Read on to see who I've singled out as some of the worst father figures in videogame history. Note: There are various spoilers for all the games discussed below "Jason... Jason... Jason... Jason...!" This week I bought a first generation GameBoy Advance. This was a console I used to really like, but its unilluminated screen means that by today's standards it's just about impossible to see in pretty much any lighting condition. However, when I found a fix for the console's Achilles heel, in the form of a custom installed backlit screen, I also rediscovered my love for Nintendo's classic handheld. What I Bought

I can't have been the only person who watched Persona 4 The Animation and then saw this coming. I can't have been the only one who, after finishing the highly enjoyable and faithful retelling of the Persona 4 story, thought that one day the same justice would be done to Persona 3. That one day we’d have a P3 anime that wasn’t Trinity Soul. Well, that day has finally arrived. The first Persona 3 movie is here.

The future is a wonderful place full of possibility, excitement, and crazy new inventions such as flying cars. For racing games it allows for new ideas, faster top speeds, crazy track designs, and vibrant atmospheres. I've always been surprised by how few videogames have really explored these compelling concepts, especially considering how most that have either resulted in wildly exciting series, or at least a couple of extremely fun titles. This is a top ten list from only a handful of games, but each is a truly awesome racer that any fan of the genre should have in their collection.

Unlocking all accessories in Muramasa Rebirth can be one of the game's more difficult challenges to keep track of. In total there are 55 to collect, and they are found all over the game's world. If you're trying to collect them all, or are simply looking for one in particular, then hopefully this list I've compiled will help. Please note: this accessory list is only 100% accurate for Momohime, who I collected them all as. If you're playing as Kisuke then the vendor's stock will be different and some of the treasures are found elsewhere. I will try and update this list to include these variations if I have the time. If you're looking at collecting them all (which unlocks a silver trophy) you'll need to complete all of the other character's bosses, all of your own character's bosses a second time, and some of the Caves of Evil (full list here ). You'll also need to visit every vendor in the game and buy every accessory they sell. Doing this, combined with playing the game naturally, is going to unlock you most of the accessories, but chances are you won't know where to start looking for the ones you're missing. That's where the list comes in, and you can easily compare it to your own list in the game to quickly see which accessories you're missing, and where to find them. ••Some of the locations are a bit of a work in progress. If you spot anything incorrect, or have any additional info that is of help, please let me know in the comments and I'll add it to the guide!••

Completing everything in Muramasa Rebirth can be a little confusing, but mainly because the order in which the game’s post-completion tasks should be tackled in isn't always clear. Once you're done with the main story there's still a lot to see and do, so here's a spoiler-free guide for anyone who wants to make sure they get the most out of the game. The focus of this guide is to help you see everything the game has to offer. Once you've completed the main story you've got three main tasks that you can now turn your attention to; completing the Caves of Evil, forging all 108 swords, and unlocking the additional endings. I've written some tips here for how to play Muramasa like a pro, but in this post I'm going to set out what I'd consider to be the most productive sequence to tackle the game's content in. This order must be followed to a certain extent, but it’s only a guideline, and nothing in Muramasa is really ‘missable’ so you can always explore at your own pace then pick up the guide if necessary. There's also trophies to unlock, and I've added additional tasks in brackets that I'd recommend following if you'd like to collect these as you go. Order for unlocking all 108 blades, completing all caves of evil and seeing all six endings:

Longtime DC readers might remember that I originally reviewed the import version of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle back in August last year. At the time I enjoyed it quite a lot, but certainly didn’t think it would be localised. Am I glad it did? Of course, but now its problems are clearer and it stands out as a game that isn't for everyone.

Much of the first episode of Bacanno! is spent discussing the nature of stories, with some pretty heavy meta commentary asking if the one it's about to tell can have either a main character or a true beginning. This is spliced between a series of seemingly random (yet still totally awesome) scenes all focusing on different people from the show’s massive cast, and all presented in a non-chronological sequence. Confusing? Maybe a little at first. Good? Probably the best thing I’ve ever seen.

Persona 4 The Animation may have a relatively specific appeal, but for fans of the game it's an easy recommendation. I mean who wouldn’t want an anime retelling of their favourite RPG? It's an excellent example of Japan's smart attitude towards transmedia, and whilst it's essentially a retelling of the game's story, it is an entertaining and well-crafted adaptation of its source material.
