Support
Email me at fraser@draculascave.co and be sure to include which app you're asking about. Most messages get an answer within a few days.
It also helps to include:
- The app version – in an iPhone or iPad app, the version is shown at the bottom of its Settings screen.
- Your device and system version – for example "iPhone 13 mini, iOS 26" or "MacBook Air, macOS 26".
- What happened and what you expected – the steps that lead to it, and a screenshot or screen recording if you have one.
Our apps and software
- Local Music Player for iPhone and iPad – plays the music stored on your device. Privacy policy
- Remote Helper – turns your iPhone or iPad into a wireless keyboard for your PC or Mac. Privacy policy
- CLInt – a free full-screen launcher for games and videos on Windows.
- AudioTheory Guitars, Piano Keys and Grids – interactive music theory tools, with their own site and help pages.
For our games, see the Games page – each game's page has its own details and store links.
Common questions
The app can't see my music, files or device. Check the app's permission in your device's Settings – on iOS, under Settings → Privacy & Security. Our iPhone and iPad apps only ask for what they need, and will say what that is the first time they open.
Something looks wrong after an update. Close the app fully and open it again. If it's still wrong, email us with the version number and a screenshot and we'll fix it in the next update.
Purchases and refunds. Apps bought on the App Store are sold by Apple, so refunds and billing questions go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Software bought elsewhere – Steam or direct (Gumroad) is refunded through that store. Email me if you're stuck.
Privacy. Our apps are built to collect nothing: no accounts, no analytics, no advertising. Each app's privacy policy is linked above, and the site-wide one is at Privacy Policy.
Feature requests and bugs
Ideas and bug reports are welcome at the same address. Please include the app's name in the subject line.
